Hello Sir, Last year,my friend earned some income in Sweden. We filed income tax return without showing that income because the Swedish Govt.had deducted tax on it. And also, since on his Indian income he was already getting refund,he would have no tax benefit here for the tax paid in Sweden. Now, this month the Swedish Govt.refunded the tax. So I would like your opinion whether to revise last year's return and show the income or include in this year's income.Please guide Regards, Rachana

Dear I am Holding a ***Pvt.Ltd Company*** in Kolkata. Presently I am Planning to offer a Self-Management Course. Did I need any other certificate other than Trade License as I am Already registered under company act-1956(1 of 1956)and in object clause of MA company it is mentioned that we can establish a training centre?
