What is the last date to deposit the tds for march09 and also what is the last date to file the return of last quater.

but for the jv passed on 31st march last date is 31st may

and last date for return filing is 15th june

02 April 2009 The last date for the payment of TDS is 7th of next month, but for the month of march the payment should be on 31st march only as you have to clear all govt., due before the ending of the financial year ending.

For provision entry passed on 31st march last date is 31st may for example audit fee provided.
