I gave CA Final 1st group.Unfortunately I have not cleared. I have studied only approx 25-30% of 2nd group. So 3 months to go . Can anyone tell me how to study both groups.........plz suggest .......I want to become CA........

As per FTE of MCA, Company should not have any assets and liabilities.
Company has shown Share capital Rs. 1,00,0000/- Cash Rs. 50,0000/- and P & L (DR.) Rs. 50,000/-. as on 30.06.2011

MCA has required resubmission stating that company should not have any assets and liabilities.

How can it be shown in Balance sheet.

From Apr ‘2008 to Mar ‘2011 (3 years ) annual returns is not filed, what the process to file the same and any penalty involved in this.

Have filled monthly returns on regular basis without a single mishaps..

What is the suitable defination of BRS ?

I have registered a partnership firm 7 years back, where in I discontinued business. But I neither inform this to local sales tax office nor filed any returns related to the business. Now I wanted to confirm if my firm will be alive or will be automatically closed by the concern authorities ?. I have not received any notice in this regards.Please clarify my doubt.
