i Have Rigistered with ICAI for CPT in OCT 6 2008 and unfortunately some Exams i could not Attend. and still i have remained as a CPT Student last time i scored 91 marks.And i came to Know that no need to Re-register for CPT until further notifications BUT I have a query whether the Syllabus is changed OR any updations have made in Study material. please help in this regard should i have to Buy new Study Material or My 3Yrs Old materials are OK.

Please tell me the limit of the deduction of P.F. & E.S.I. from the employee. If i got 20000/- p.m. salary then what will be the deduction to be made from salary.

i want to know collect tds for unloading charges.we are paying amount for freight charges and unloading charges to transporter.we dont not collect tds for freight charges.so i want to collect to tds for unloading charges.

my question is whether P.F. deduction is liability under Provident fund act or any other act on the part of company if employee's basic salary exceeds maximum ceiling limit of Rs. 6500 & employee does not want to make provident fund deduct from his salary.
