Can i transferred in kolkata other firm?
I am not satisfied any condition in transferred rules

We have purchased Crates/Bins from our Delhi supplier. but in those 500 crate we have received 22 nos. rejected (Crack).

Supplier has agreed for collection those bins on not returnable basis.

I want to resend those bins to supplier....but i have confused. Can i raised Dr. Note OR Sales Invoice ?

Please suggest me.....

Dear sir,

My marksheet of clearing ipcc may 2011 is still pending from institute. Inspite of applying for a duplicate a month ago, the physical copy is still to be reached.

Sent a request letter with my roll number and printed copy from caresults.nic.in to the delhi address mentioned in respective notification for this kind of problem.

What should be my next step?

i had entered into an agreement to sell my plot of land to be executed within 1 year.. the purchaser had paid me an earnest amount at the time of signing the deal.. its been two years now and nothing further has been done.. do i have the right to forfeit the amount paid and sell my land to someone else..

recently i hv registered for articleship with proprietor firm and stipend is fixed by principal is Rs.5000.my question is ki after my joining if he say ki stipend is agreed between was less than 5000 ( say 3500 etc.) thn in this case what r the remedy i hav?
