Our Company is going to import a machinery from china , suppose total of 1000 USD . Let supplier is Mr . China and commercial invoices and packaging list will be issued to mr .China Only . But they want to have 30 % payment in favor of their sister concern .

Can we do so , actually our Banker raise a objection on the same . Please advice .

i completed my CA,and registered for CS Executive programme in AUG-11.Is it compulsory to complete computer training before attempting CS Exams.
If it is compulsory means how can i claim exemption for undergoing course.
i already completed my Computer training in my CA course.

what is the process for claming exemption?what is the fees?
when the exam will be conducted.?
what the documents should be submitted?

My client would like to Register his establishment logo under Trade mark registration.
