Whether to join with big 4 or with partnership firm

i have cleared my ipcc(both groups) in nov 2011 exam.i am confused wheather to go with big 4 or other firms.somebody said that going with big 4 is not such a smart option since it wont give holidays for coaching&it will give training only in one audit.is that true.
please reply it.
As regards coaching it is true but you have to manage it. But there is not only one field of auditing there are number of other functions such as advisory, direct & indirect taxation, M & A etc available. You may select according to your interest.
