sir, Am santhosh from sunrise group of hospital kerala and we are paying salary to our hospital staff through electronically (each one had opened salary account by hospital). Then the staffs asking for salary slips. But they know their monthly salary in a minimum wages implemented and every contributions are remitting through online like epf and esi contributions. sir kindly confirm whether we have to issue salary slips to our employees or not? and there is any circular reg this in labour low pls tel me where I can collect it.
