04 March 2015 Company has purchased a gift card from apple online store so can i put it in under computer peripheral head as they are going to purchase some electronic for the company from that gift card.
Also there are some expenses in dollar which are to be reimbursed so can i reimburse as per the conversion rate on the day of reimbursement or i have to take the conversion rate as on the day when expense was booked in tally?

04 March 2015 now if they are going to purchase some electronic.. then why u putting under computer head... if these electronic item are office use.. then put under the proper head..

04 March 2015 if conversion rate as on reimbursement date then do i also need to pass foreign exchange gain or loss entries?
