Which book is best for self study of Indirect tax for ICWAI May'12 exam

There are two books---
1) V.S. Datey , easily the best book for IDT.
2) Bangur' Book, Its is highly exam oriented and is in question answer format.
I will suggest you Bangur's Book as you are going for self study.
