05 August 2014 At the end of Form 20B in attachment section - there is provision for attaching - Annual Return as per schedule of the companies act 1956. Please confirm this is the place where form 7.7 is to be attached.

05 August 2014 Old format of Annual Return as per Companies Act 1956 needs to be attached in form 20B for FY 2013-14. From FY 2014-15 onwards form MGT-7 will be applicable. Form 7.7 was under Draft Rules which is now form MGT-7.
