10 October 2016 I am confused whether we need to attached Form No. 3CA and Form No. 3 CD to AOC-4 and if not if there are some negative observation in Form 3 CD , but no qualification in Auditor report , how to dealt with.

10 October 2016 no need to file that reporting. as these reports relate to income tax act, 1961 and not to companies act. further, you need to attach financial statement inc. notes to accounts, auditor report, board report & mgt-9
