As per company act 2013 is there any provision regarding assets which should not be less then 5000?

no. companies act 2013 doesn't discriminate assets on the basis of price. even assets below Rs 5000 are to be capitalized.

This provision was there is Companies Act 1956 but No such provision is there in the Companies Act 2013.
