Borrowing cost of which type of land and building (Intangible Assets) we cannot capitalize
Pls Mention it clearly.

Like furniture,building,land etc.
And 1 more thing land and building are not intangible assets.

pls tell me when we can capitalize intt. on loan which we have taken for the construction of our house or purchase of our house.
Is it not possible to capitalize Int. on loan in case of Property ,if YES then for which type of property or also not for which tpye of property.
