Appointment of whole time director in pvt co

We have appointed Whole Time Director in private company by Filling Form 32 for appointment as Additional Director first and then filed another Form 32 for appointing him as Whole Time Director.
My query is whether We need to File Form 32 again in ensueing AGM for regularising the Director.
Please advice.

Yes, when an additional director is regularised, form 32 need to be filed for change in designation.

I agree with dear Ankur.
But when you file Form-32 you only mention change in position as Managing Director instead of Director.
As per AGM resolution you will regularise him as director from additional director but u mention in form as MD.
