If a company fails to appoint its first auditor within 30 days of Incorporation and also fails to appoint by calling EGM what shall be the consequences?
I am being approached by the company for statutory audit on 28.09.2016. The date of incorporation of the compnay is
31.03.2015. I am holding COP from 26.09.2016. Should i conduct the audit?

at the time of appointment, auditor must not be disqualified by law & as per information shared by you, you are not qualified for conducting audit for the period.
