I woould like to know if VAT is applicable for Web Desiging . And What would be the rate of percent.

In my view VAT is not applicable on Web designing.

Since there is no "sale" of goods in web designing, VAT is not applicable.
Service Tax will be applicable in case of web designing.

Web designing being in the nature of service attracts Service Tax not VAT.
