I have Hired one vehicle with driver from one party and price charge on km basis.I got bill from this party is rs.31000.
so Plz suggest me TDS is Applicable or not if Applicable then tell me section and %.

Section 194C will be applicable here.
TDS to be deducted if threshold limit is crossed.
Threshold limit:
Rs 30000/- Single bill / payment
Rs 75000/- annual total.
Rate of TDS:
Individual/HUF @1%
Others @2%
No PAN @20%.
