Applicability of st on sub contractor

13 October 2015 Dear sir,
I have taken contract and has given this contract to sub contractor, however service will be provide in brand name, please tell me weather the exemption of 10 lacs also not available to sub contractor, if service provide in brand name,

13 October 2015 Hi,

I understand that you are giving services under a brand name. But sub contractor means he will be providing services to you and not to the client. To the client you will be providing the services. Hence in my opinion the exemption can be claimed by your sub contractor.

13 October 2015 Respected sir, firstly thanks a lot for replying my query, sir you have replyed that in my opinion 10 lacs, exemption can be avail by sub contractor, that means you are also not 100% sure about it, sir plz confirm us by 100% surely the small service provider exemption is available to sub contractor, even if service provide in brand name by sub contractor..
