In case of a small company can we attach dsc of a director n upload d form mgt-7 or do we need to get it sign by a company secretary also?

in the case of small company, the form get prescruitnized without affixing DSC of a company secretary. but if you fill the particulars like membership no & cp no, then you have get it signed from professional
