1 of the company has not filed Annual return for 8 years?
can it b filed now?
how many old retuns can be filed , is there any limit??

yes, the company can file so but subject to high amount of additional fees. there is no bar on late filing of annual documents

Please check the status of the company. If the status is 'ACTIVE' ,filing can be done as said by Bakshi Ji,
