16 April 2014 Can we charged CST @ 2% against form "C" in case of export sale against form CT-3. while excise is exempted against form CT3
Matter is most urgent. please help us.

16 April 2014 sale against form CT-3 , you mean you selling goods to 100% EOU in India.
if it is so, this is deemed export and not export, and yes you can charge 2% cst against form C to EOU.

Kindly let me know one thing that on which amount CST would be charged. i mean basic+ED= total *2% or 2% of basic.

16 April 2014 against form CT-3, there is no excise duty applicable, so no question arise for Basic+ED.
in normal case CST to be charged on Basic + ED

16 April 2014 when ED is not recoverable from customer, then CST also applicable on basic value only.
