30 December 2012 I JUST WANT TO KNOW THAT THE COMPANY BILL WHICH WAS PASSED ON 19-DEC-2012 IS APPLICABLE FOR NOVEMBER 2013 CA FINAL EXAM.

AND PLEASE HELP ME REGARDING THE CHANGES IN EXISTING ACT.

I will suggest you to wait for the few moths to become Companies Bill in Act. After becoming Act it will be applicable in Nov, 2013 exam. Till date you read the existing Companies Act, 1956.
