I am to increase authorized capital of a private company after alteration in capital clause of MOA & AOA. Can I adopt new set of MOA & AOA as per act 2013? What will be the procedure to adopt MOA & AOA as per act 2013?

Yes you can, You need to pass TWO more special resolution and adopt the same in the same EGM and pass it, then first file MGT-14 within 30 days with all these 3 resolutions and then Sh-7
