Agrl. income - reg

The assessee filed return in time for the AY 2011-12. The same is processed u/s 143(1). After receipt of intimation the assessee noticed that Agrl. Income was not taken into consideration. Because, while filling return the assessee not shown agrl. income in the ROI. Now the assessee wants to file application u/s 154 showing agrl. income. What was the action will take by the incometax depatment. Please explain the consequences.

Not possible to rectify because no prima facia error.. u need to revise return
