Client has extended financial year.
the due date for convening of AGM is approaching. Audit is also not complete.

The client can extend the financial year, only with the permission of ROC and for this he should make application for extention for AGM for adopting the Annual Account.
You should make application for extention, if the due date of AGM is not expired, otherwise you will suffer penalty.
