Can a Private Ltd Company accepts deposits from its employee, their friends and relatives for short period of 3 months under Acceptance of Deposits Rules 1975?

Companies (Acceptance of Deposit) Rules, 1975 does not apply on Private Companies.
Private company may take unsecured loans.
