My Friend have jwelary shop from last 3 years and he also gets commission from banks for gold loan service now he wants to be file income tax return. So plz tell me which form to be used for that..

ITR -4...however you can file return only for last two years...earlier returns are time barred unless income tax department issues notice to you.

file itr-4 as commision income will be taken as business income.
