If employER's contribution is not shown in Salary slip and is not added to the salary. And only employee's contribution is deducted from the salary.
1- how to claim 80ccd 2

Yes sir in NPS..
But the amount so contributed is not shown in salary slip...

If the amount is not added in the aggregate salary, you have to add it and then claim the deduction.
