01 May 2012 Assessee has taken a Housing Loan under the corporate loan plan ,the possession of which has not been handed over as yet but,the assessee now wants to repay the principal amount to bank of Rs.100000/-.Can he is eligible for the benefit u/s 80C of the Income Tax Act.1961.
