We had purchased some materials like Copper Tube, Drainpipe with foam from party for installing AC machines. The supplier charged Rs.1,00,000 for materials and Rs.20,000 for installation. Whether TDS will be applicable to this. If yes what amount we should be taken for calculation of TDS, 20000 or 120000.

In any case TDS to be deducted only on service portion i.e., on installation charges.
