31 July 2011 Section 192 deals with the TDS on salary income, in this

Investment declaration form which collected by the employer regarding investment details of the each employee

Form 12C is the form which contains employee`s other income details

form 12 B is the form which collected from employee related to previous employment income if join middle of the year

Form 281 this is challan for payment of TDS amount

Form 24 is the quarterly return which filed by the employer related to TDS deduction from the employees

Form 16 is the form which issued by the employer to employee yearly once contains the details which Income and tax payable and TDS deducted and paid to government

Form 12BA is the form which issued alongwith form 16 contains details about the perquisites provided and tax deducted there on
