15ca and 15cb not submitted to bank

Hi,
We have business of importing rags from abroad. From 1 June 2015 its compulsory to file 15ca and 15cb form but at the time of remittance our banker not demand the form and we don't submit that form.
Now, we come to know that above said form required at the time of remittance.
Can we file the form in back dated now.
Pl advise what we can we do.

your remittance being payment for imports not taxable in India. So 15ca and 15cb non submission is not a problem.

But from1june 2015,its compulsory to file 15CA and CB otherwise penalty of 1lac.
In our case remittance made by banker. What is the remidy available with us in that case.

Then file 15CA now and submit to bankers.
