Sir, A person is working in a company in switzerland get salary over there. After deduction of taxes in that country ,he send money in Indian. Whether he have to paid taxes here also. Please advise.

Sir, He is residence of india , As company is MNC and he has been shifted to work in abroad for two or three years and again return back to india.

He is liable to pay taxes in India on income earned outside India as he is resident. Relief may be claimed for the taxes paid outside India. Form 67 has to be filed before filling ITR.
