Tax Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Tax Compliance Associate to handle GST, Income Tax, and ROC-related work. The candidate should have practical knowledge of statutory compliance, return filing, and basic accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and filing of GST returns
GST reconciliations and compliance work
Income Tax return preparation and related compliance
ROC filings and company law compliance
Preparation of working papers and documentation
Handling notices and departmental correspondence
Coordination with clients for data and compliance requirements
Basic accounting and Tally entries (if required)

Skills Required

Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and ROC compliance
Familiarity with Tally, Excel, and government portals
Good communication and drafting skills
Ability to manage deadlines and compliance schedules
Prior experience in Tax Consultant firm/compliance work preferred
