My Query is related to deductions of WCT is available under valuation of taxable value of service

If you are proprietorship firm then no need to pay service tax under RCM.

Deduction of WCT is available. Please see explanation (a) to rule 2A (i) of Service tax (Determination of Value) Rules,2006.
