i am contractor of construction, recently i have complete one contract and the materials was provided by myself, the total contract amount is 500000(included materials) now i am going to issue the bill.
kindly tell me.. how many bill i will have to
issue also note that 5% vat applicable on materials and 12.36% ST,
plz clarify as per my above Query.
Since separate bills are prepared no abatement can be availed for service tax.
