I HAVE FILE MY ROI IN ITR 2 INSTEAD OF ITR 1..AND I DONT HAVE ANY CAPITAL GAIN..WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCE..

No problems. Person required to file ITR 1 can file ITR 2 but not vice versa.
