Hi,
I want to confirm which form I am supposed to fill this year.
I am a salaried individual, with no other income, but I have purchased shares in my husband's business.
Based on all the information, I feel that I have to fill ITR-2.
Can someone please confirm this.

YES INDIVIDUAL SHOULD FILE ITR -2 IF HE HAS INCOME EXCEPT BUSINESS OR PROFESSIONAL.

I haven't earned any income from them.No dividend or anything.

IF YOU HAVEN'T ANY INCOME FROM BUSINESS OR PROFESSION . THEN YOU SHOULD FILE ITR-1.
