i Have a TAN no. of the assessee whether i can know PAN of Deductor .

No. You can find PAN of deductor if you have other details like date of birth / incorporation, Name.

actually you can...provided the TAN holder has provided his PAN while applying for TAN.
go the link provided below, do a search for TAN based on TAN. If the PAN is linked to the TAN, then you will find it there.
