Suppose I am a proprietor registered under GST in Delhi state having a turnover of 25 lakh .. I also own a property in Kerala which is let out to a tenant on rent for Rs. 3 lakh per annum. Now am I required to get GST registration in Kerala State as well ??

Yes you are required to get GST registration in Kerala State as well.

Thank you Sir for replying .. But If I issue Rent bill on Delhi address then can I skip Kerala registration under GST or is it mandatory to issue rent bill using Kerala GST no. ?

Yes you can skip Kerala registration and charge IGST with Delhi address.
