I am very confused as in from where to study Audit from? My friends told me about many study materials like J.K.Shah notes, other prof. notes. But i think for a rank and to score good marks in Audit MODULE is best but the language is very diffiult in module?

i wont suggest you to go for Module as it is very thick and you cant cover it at last moment.
Better to refer JK Shah and VK Agarwal, which i feel is a good book.
