dear sir
we have member of our demise family member plz tell us that we have can claim amount from saving a/c of our demise member
but we no any any document
nominee oter person out of family member
who also have no any document. but nominee also agree with us(we know that peson signed as nominee in bank)
who have exact right over the amount which lying saving bank of our late member
plz tell us what we should do to claim the amount

I presume you have the death certificate of the person deceased.
Contact your banker and obtain the list of documents they would require.
Generally, banks require letter of inheritance or letter of succession, indemnity and affidavits.
A letter of inheritance or letter of succession can be obtained from the civil court. You may engage any local lawyer who would help you in the purpose. Similarly, the affidavit and indemnity can be prepared in the format prescribed by the bank or as suggested by the lawyer. Get the same notarised.
All the above documents are sufficient enough to help you obtain your money.
