Dear sir,
I do not understand the benefit of reg. under 12AA of the I.T Act 1961,I have gone though this section but could not understand .Please help.

If you register your trust u/s 12AA you will get tax exemption as per section 11 and 12 of Income tax Act in addition to 80G exemption on registering u/s 80G.
