08 November 2010 MY BROTHER IS GONE OUT OF INDIA AFTER 31ST MARCH AND HE HAS GIVEN ME AUTHORITY TO SIGN THE RETURN WHTHER I WILL HAVE TO MENTION AS I AM REPRESENTATIVE ASSESSEE FOR INCOME TAX PURPOSE IN FACT DURING PREVIOUS YEAR MY BROTHER HIMSELF HIS DONE BUSINESS
