MY BROTHER IS GONE OUT OF INDIA AFTER 31ST MARCH AND HE HAS GIVEN ME AUTHORITY TO SIGN THE RETURN WHTHER I WILL HAVE TO MENTION AS I AM REPRESENTATIVE ASSESSEE FOR INCOME TAX PURPOSE IN FACT DURING PREVIOUS YEAR MY BROTHER HIMSELF HIS DONE BUSINESS

You can sign the return of income of your brother,as per section 140 (a)(ii) of the Income tax Act,1961, as a power of attorney holder provided the "authority" mentioned in the query is a power of attorney.
