INTERSTATE SALE FROM LUDHIANA TO DELHI WITHOUT C-FORM IN THAT CASE WHAT IS CST RATE CHARGED.
local vat rate 5.5% & surcharge is 10%
In that case which vat rate is applicable

when there is any sale between 2 states., then cst will apply and c form should be issued
but when the c form is not issued then .. the seller has to pay tax as if the sale is within the state and respective tax rate has to be paid...
