what is meant by "COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT" under Section 2(ea) of the Wealth Tax Act.

The wealth tax Act seeks to tax only those lands which are not put to use or those lands which are not those on which construction is not permissible under any law.

No, Not so clear. The Land is Used as Garden and the same can be let.
