what is the meaning of question of law and memorandum of appeal can i get example or specimen from somewhere

Question of law is a question before the court which can be decided based on interpretation of legal provision without going into evidence.
Question of fact is something which can be decided only based on evidence.
Mixed quetion needs both appreciation of evidence and legal interpretation.
