one of my friends client is situated in Mumbai. He wants to buy goods from Tamilnadu & again want to sell those in Kerala without taking delivery in Mumbai.

So how the billing is to be done.........?

Is it correct if he is charging CST @ 2% to the dealer situated in Kerala?
