PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHETHER THE CONTRACTORS IN DELHI AND MAHARASHTRA REGIN UNDER REGULAR SHEME (INPUT TAX CREDIT)CAN TAKE CREDIT OF VAT PAID ON PURCHASE ON CAPITAL GOODS USED FOR CONSTRUCTION??
